A thoughtfully upgraded landscape for General Motors—welcoming at the front, with space to recharge out back.

General Motors was looking to upgrade key areas of their property—improving curb appeal while creating a dedicated outdoor space for employees to enjoy throughout the day.

They needed a partner who could handle the full scope of the project. Importantly, this meant coordinating the work in phases, meeting strict safety standards, and doing it all without disrupting daily operations.

A cohesive upgrade, front to back.

Our work touched multiple areas of the property, starting with a refreshed front entrance that sets the tone from the moment you arrive. New walkways, garden beds, and seasonal planters introduce colour and a clean, professional first impression.

At the back of the facility, we created a dedicated outdoor space for employees to get some fresh air and reset when needed. A custom pergola and seating area anchor the space, surrounded by new trees and plantings that will continue to fill in over time.

Across the rest of the property, we handled grading, new sod, and a full irrigation system—making sure everything not only looks great now, but stays that way.

Because the work was completed in phases, staying in close communication was key. We planned each step carefully to keep the site safe and avoid disrupting employees regular work.

The property feels more complete now—welcoming at the front, and purposeful throughout. Employees have a space they can step into during the day, whether for a quiet break or just a change of pace.
